Drawn from vineyards with shallow volcanic soils over limestone and basalt, the wine reflects this remarkable landscape through a poised balance of richness, vibrant fruit and minerality. Shaped by Patrick’s lifelong connection to the region, it stands as a refined and compelling expression of the 2025 vintage.
