Chardonnay component Wild Dog: 80% of blend. Picked from a very low yielding North facing slope. Fermented and Aged in a ceramic egg. These eggs are made in the style of the schauberger cosmic egg.
Chardonnay component (neerim south): Picked in the last week of March. The vineyard apaeard so sleepy most of the season then came to life in the last 3 weeks.
Like drinking clouds, light fresh but strong. The palate weight lets you know it is serious but the acidity gives the wine its energy. It runs and runs and you drink and drink.
