The grapes for the Carousal Blanc de Blancs are sourced from vineyards at the southern end of the King Valley, at the foot of the Victorian Alps, where cool alpine air flows through each evening. The Long, gentle ripening season produces pristine chardonnay with bright natural acidity and pure fruit expression - qualities that make this area one of Australia’s premier sparkling wine regions.

100% chardonnay, hand-selected and fermented in stainless steel to preserve purity of fruit. The base wine underwent secondary fermentation in tank, maintaining its fresh fruit expression and
producing a fine, delicate bead.

A lifted bouquet of lemon zest, green apple and subtle floral notes opens to a delicate underlying richness - a classic expression of Blanc de Blancs from a cool-climate site.

The palate is full but poised, with a creamy texture and vibrant citrus drive. Flavours of brioche and
orchard fruit are carried by a fine mousse to a crisp, mineral finish.
