The grapes for the Carousal Blanc de Blancs are sourced from vineyards at the southern end of the King Valley, at the foot of the Victorian Alps, where cool alpine air flows through each evening. The Long, gentle ripening season produces pristine chardonnay with bright natural acidity and pure fruit expression - qualities that make this area one of Australia’s premier sparkling wine regions.

100% chardonnay, hand-selected and fermented in stainless steel to preserve purity of fruit. The base wine underwent secondary fermentation in tank, maintaining its fresh fruit expression and
producing a fine, delicate bead.

Opens with lime, lemon and grapefruit, followed by white peach and subtle spice. Hints of hazelnut, vanilla custard and lightly buttered toast add depth and complexity.

Vibrant and precise, with bright mineral notes and zesty acidity framed by subtle crème brûlée richness. Fresh and concentrated, it shows balance with nuanced oak and layered depth.
