The Patrick Sullivan Yarra Valley Chardonnay is sourced from the A5 Vineyard, a
southwest-facing site at Dixon’s Creek planted in 1976 to the early P58 clone.
Long regarded as one of the region’s benchmark elevated parcels, it routinely
produces finely etched, textural wines with assured longevity. The 2025 vintage,
shaped by a long, even ripening period and excellent natural acidity, underlines
the vineyard’s pedigree with a particularly focused and finely detailed expression.

Hand harvested into 15kg baskets, whole-cluster crushed and drained to tank for settling. Primary fermentation in barrique (30% new) over three weeks, full malolactic. Lees stirred twice towards end of primary and once at MLF completion. Aged eleven months in barrique.

Opens with lime, lemon and grapefruit, followed by white peach and subtle spice. Hints of hazelnut, vanilla custard and lightly buttered toast add depth and complexity.

Vibrant and precise, with bright mineral notes and zesty acidity framed by subtle crème brûlée richness. Fresh and concentrated, it shows balance with nuanced oak and layered depth.
